It’s never too early to get started in martial arts, and our classes are great for kids of all ages.
What kid hasn’t been fascinated by the mysterious ninja of ancient Japan, or the intimidating samurai warriors who still capture the imagination? These martial arts and methods are still alive and being taught at Muzosa, where anyone can learn traditions that date back hundreds of years.
Not only are these martial arts a time-proven method of self defense, but they also teach the qualities we expect from martial artists: discipline, respect, and a dedication to hard work.
Your child can try the first class for free, so there’s no risk. Not only are the kids classes practical and challenging, they’re also a lot of fun!
(And for those adults who have always wanted to learn the ninja and samurai arts, we have adult classes for you!)
Our classes in Washington Heights are in Hebrew Tabernacle, with the entrance on Fort Washington. Take the A or 1 train to 181st St or the M4 bus to W. 185th St.
