For the first time, Jeff is offering his years of personal training skills to provide physical conditioning in a group setting.

Ranging from 3x/week Boot Camps to 90-minute Weekly Intensives, these group classes in Central Park are designed to maximize each participant’s strength, endurance, and flexibility in a safe environment, with one of NYC’s most experienced personal trainers and martial arts instructors.
